Latinas have boundless strengths and talents from which we lead each and everyday in our families, work and communities. But too often, many of us experience moments of doubt that keep us from standing firmly in our power and being the best version of ourselves we were meant to be. 

Join a group of Latinas from across San Diego for a fun and intimate evening where we define our personal values, discover our strengths and unpack barriers that hold us back from leading with our talents. In a small group setting participants will:

- Surface the personal values that define who you truly are today

- Reflect on, discover and map your strengths through a guided Strengths Finder exercise

- Learn about and unpack dynamics like "imposter syndrome"

- Connect, share and laugh with old and new friends over dinner and beverages

The event is on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with registration and networking from starting at 4:30 p.m. and the session following from 5:30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. 

With your registration fee you will receive a hard copy of the Strengths Finder book to keep! Please note, because we have to order the number of books needed in good time, registration for the event closes on October 18.
